A true professional, Kim has more than 15 years experience in precedent automation, software development and training for accountants, law firms and government departments. She takes the time to understand your individual needs and develop precedent automation (templates and macros) within customised desktop environments that work for management and staff.

My philosophy is to understand the needs and objectives at all levels of the organisation – professional partner, technical staff and end users – and produce something that works for everyone. 

I believe I have a lot to offer. Clients tell me I answer the questions that other ‘experts’ cannot – or do what they have been told can’t be done.
